I have been organising bespoke travel for the last 15 years for both leisure and business.
I have travelled extensively in Central America, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, USA including Hawaii and South Africa. I have lived all over the world having spent time in USA, Costa Rica, Germany as well as here in the UK.
Now I am proud to be able to offer a more dedicated, personal service for both leisure and corporate travellers, at times that are most convenient to you including evening and weekends.
Over the last 6 years I have mostly been arranging travel for SME`s and start up corporations. My role is to assist you in finding the most convenient routes and times, using my extensive knowledge of all aspects of travel including different negotiated fares, hotels, car rental and transfers, which will save you time and hassle, so you can focus on what you do best. I can provide travel reports to keep a close eye on your spend and any additional information required to plan your travel budget.
I pride myself on the relationships I build with each of my clients and truly understand that everyone has different wants and needs when they travel. Whether you need someone to organise a high volume of travel for multiple travellers or you just don’t have the time to search for your own flight, I can be your solution.
Travelling for Business can be stressful and I am here to ensure that even the smallest detail of your trip has been taken care of. I will know all your traveller preferences down to any special meal requirements, preferred airlines and seats as well as your preferred room at a specific hotel or type of car rental you prefer. My offering will suite your companies’ requirements and adhere to any travel policy you may have.

Romy Frow provided proactive communication throughout the booking process for a hotel in Boston while I was attending a conference. My stay at the Commonwealth Hotel was very enjoyable. If there was a 10+ option i'd be checking that! Romy is always so knowledgeable and reactive to any query I have. I have deep faith in her to always secure me/my company the best options and deals. All travel booked through Romy is seamless and she has been a god send when it has come to all the changes with the COVID rules. personable and accommodating and always on hand for advice. I have worked with Romy for a number of years booking business travel. So when she moved to Travel Counsellors, I moved with her. I have used Romy for leisure travel as well as corporate and have 100% faith in her to help on all my travel needs. She is always accommodating to every request I have, She is proactive at sending through travel data relating to covid travel even when she's not been asked to. She always remains calm and and responsive even to super last minute requests, some of which happen out of usual working hours. Romy is a 1st class travel consultant, nothing is ever to much or out of reach, if you want it she will deliver it. She Tailored all my requirements for travel exactly how I wanted, from flights, accommodation, parking, upgrades. I have worked with Romy for the last 8 years. She has managed a lot of complex international travel requirements for over 25 consultants - many of them with short notice and changes. I have never meet any travel specialist who is so solution focused as Romy. She comes up with solutions that I wasn't aware existed.

Romy’s expertise in business travel is outstanding and I worked closely with her in my time as an EA at Bridge Partnership. I always felt confident asking Romy to source travel options for a senior management team with exceptionally busy international diaries. Her unflappable nature was so calming and reassuring for me. I felt she always went the extra mile for us to ensure our people had the best trip itineraries and that they met our budget.
