I have worked in the Business Travel market for almost 20 years starting with Thomas Cook and most recently Carlson Wagonlit and gained the GBTA Advanced qualification during this time. I have dealt with the larger companies such as Nokia, IBM, Shell and Motorola but also with the smaller companies as well. This makes for a great range of experience in all aspects of their travel requirements.
I have access to the most uptodate technology enabling instant access to the airline, hotel and car hire systems to gain immediate confirmation. I am also able to provide monthly reports and statistics if needed.
If you prefer to receive a more personal service rather than that of a large impersonal call centre,and the chance to deal with one person consistently, I would be more than happy to help.
I also provide a leisure booking service for those well deserved breaks away with the family.

I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the wonderful job you did making our trip stress free. Your choices of accommodation were very well priced yet comfortable. Each meeting went well due to the very good planing on your behalf to have us reach each destination on time and relaxed. Although this trip was very fast paced, the peace of mind as to your choices and planning made it all feasible. Even when a cancelled flight changed our plans you kicked in and helped.
