Stephen Bellingham was extremely helfpul. He checked me in for my flight online and emailed to confirm he had done this. He also looked into an app for my phone to display the BA boarding pass to save me time at the airport. Most of this was done over a weekend and the service was exceptional! Thanks!

Stephen was an absolute miracle worker when a long awaited cruise was cancelled at 7 days notice. He succeeded where Thomas Cook and various other "cruise specialists" failed and incredibly within 2 hours of contacting him, had secured direct flights and a better standard of cruise for four people just before Easter. Consequently my wife's 50th birthday was a memorable occassion on a Carribean beach feasting on fresh lobster with our best friends, rather than the total failure that Princess and Thomas Cook were prepared to settle for. Stephen's attention to detail, flexibility and great customer service even extended to helping us over the phone when a luggage mix-up threatened to ruin the holiday on our first day. We cannot recommend Stephen highly enough and look forward to using his services again. Thank You!

Stephen's great travel knowledge, experience, professionalism and suggestions proved invaluable in putting together a quite varied and complicated trip, involving three different destinations, eight flights and five women with individual requirements! His service was friendly and accommodating and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would definitely recommend him.
