I think the team at Travel Counsellors are very efficient, professional and helpful at all times. This is the first time that I have used an external travel agent - I normally work through the company agent. There are two aspects of the help that Melissa has provided: 1) The booking for the travel. 2) The application for a VISA. The service was exceptional in both cases.
