I am a self employed consultant whose work involves a lot of international travel, where the process of searching for fares and making reservations could be both time consuming and complicated. I have used the services offered by Katy Phillips of Travel Counsellors for a number of years now and she has always provided me with a quick and efficient service, making the business of selecting and booking tickets to be very simple and efficient as well as being cost effective, often saving me considerable sums compared with the normal published fares. In addition I have on occasions needed to make alterations to my travel plans whilst on the move and she has always been able to respond to such requests promptly to make the necessary changes.
