Hi, my name is John Spy and welcome to my Business Travel website.

In today’s working world there are many difficulties facing businesses, including time management and financial stability. I believe that both of these can be assisted by using myself and Travel Counsellors as your travel provider.

First of all I will spend the time checking the best flight options for you therefore giving back some of your valuable time and subject to your Business Travel Policy I will always ensure that get the very best price available and using your preferred airlines, wherever possible.

When I joined the travel industry I worked for several years with the British Airways Executive club, providing reservations and support for the airline’s frequent flyers. When BA closed the dedicated offices, I moved into retail travel in the high street for a short period before joining Carlson Wagonlit where I remained before becoming a Travel Counsellor, which I have been doing since 2006.

I believe that there are three key factors involved with Business Travel: Firstly the speed of being able to secure your preferred flights, hotel, car or ferry; secondly the attention to detail to ensure that everything is accurate and that all membership numbers are included and thirdly making sure that there is support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I pride myself on being able to provide all of these to my business clients and over time building up solid working relationships that are built on trust, understanding and professionalism.

By nature I am the sort of person who will give each client 120% and ensure that I provide the very best in Customer Service. I am experienced in a wide variety of fares, including Round the World fares and I am well travelled, so may be able to provide personal recommendations for restaurants or meeting venues. As well as working normal hours I am also available during the evenings and at weekends and will normally answer my phone within three or four rings.
