I contacted Gillian as I was tasked with organising a directors trip to Dubai and I had no personal knowledge of Dubai and had only recently joined the company so I wanted to get it right! Gillian was exactly what I needed, professional, extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked her from flights to hotels, to trips, golf courses and restaurants. Gillian came back to me extremely quickly at every stage and put together a very well planned out trip. My expectations from a Travel Agent is to be ahead of my needs. Knowing my preferred airlines, seat in the plane as well as travelling hours.
Gillian exceeds all of the above. Once she receives a request she is quick and professional in sending me proposals.
Companies these days are very cost conscious, so she will ensure that I receive the most competitively price ticket still bearing in mind my comfort.
I found Gillian very easy to communicate with, professional, and expert in the travel business.
