I love all things travel and have been planning holidays for over 20 years and that's why my clients keep coming back to me. I’m based in Chorley, Lancashire, but do travel across the UK to meet up with my clients.
You're not alone, with the business I run it's not a one man band. Not only do I have a amazing group of over 1800 Travel Counsellors but I have 24/7 availability of the Travel Counsellors support team, so you will always have someone available to help when you need it.
No business is too big or small, my current clients include freelance charity consultants, a Global Medical supplier and a large electrical retailer. I love to deal with everything from flights and hotels all the way through to planning your 500 staff's annual Christmas party or away days.
I have built excellent relationships with my suppliers to bring you unbeatable offers and my promise is to provide you with an unmatched five star service. What puts me above the rest is that I will be on hand to help you with anything even out of office hours. We have recently undertaken a large roll out of electrical installations at over 250 retail shops up and down the UK. The logistical planning of such a project in the midst of lockdown was to say the least, difficult and on top of the planning and scheduling I had daily calls from multiple teams for accommodation sometimes with as little as a few hours notice. Emma came on board part way through this rollout, at which point I was struggling with the demands of booking the hotels on top of everything else. We discussed budgets, room types, parking facilities etc that would be suitable for the teams. Once this was sorted I was able to give the teams Emma’s number and they began to contact Emma on a daily basis to book their hotels. When booked, I received email confirmation direct from Emma stating the name of the team, hotel name, cost centre ID and the shop at which they were staying near by.
This allowed me to keep abreast of the accommodation budgets and also the team’s locations. I went from taking 3 to 4 phone calls a day from the teams to nothing. Everything was taken care of by Emma and we now understand how vital the service Emma provides allowing me to fully focus on delivering
the project on time.
I would not hesitate to use Emma in the future for all our accommodation bookings
