Charlotte is fabulous! I have used Charlotte for Business Travel over the last 6 months and the service she has provided has been wonderful. Arranging flights, accommodation, re-booking and dealing with cancellations... it doesn't matter what day of the week it is, Charlotte always responds quickly and is more than willing to help. She's super friendly and very easy when it comes to understanding requests. I can't believe I haven't been using Charlotte for longer.
