I have been in the travel industry for 31 years both in the United Kingdom and previously in South Africa.
Having worked for both large multi-national companies and smaller independents my business travel experience has been very mixed. In dealing with international companies one understands the urgency behind arrangements being made and the need to be flexible. Smaller companies are no less important and I always offer the same level of excellent service to all my clients.
Whilst in South Africa I completed a number of travel related courses amongst them the IATA/UFTAA diploma. (IATA – International Air Transport Association and UFTAA – United Federation of Travel Agents Association)
The companies that I currently work with are UK based, some with offices abroad in the United States, the Far East, South Africa, India and Australia. I also do work for a number of Professors from the University of Cambridge.
In addition to offering a business travel service, I book leisure holiday travel as well.
I pride myself on offering an efficient and friendly service and making the travel booking experience a pleasant one for all concerned.
