My name is Kathy and I am an independent travel agent. I have local and national clients as well as a few scattered around the world, with a customer service satisfaction score of 96%. My client base has been built up over the last 5 years, mainly on recommendations from existing clients.

With over 14 years working in the travel industry, in both the leisure and business travel sectors, I am ideally experienced to deal with all types of travel enquiries. The service I offer is friendlier and more flexible than the internet and I always offer impartial advice and honest advice.

I currently organise the business travel of several small and large companies and I am looking to extend this, particularly in my local area.
